Refund policy

No returns on personalized items.  Returns must be pre approved by fulfillment center.  Please contact us at Nillasthrillasinfo@yahoo.com.  There is a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping your item back to us.  Must be received in the original packaging.
